² May grace and peace be multiplied to you in^[a] the knowledge of God and Jesus our Lord.

Because of All That God Has Given Us, Diligently Add To Your Faith These God-Like Qualities

³ Because-of His divine power having granted^[b] us all things pertaining-to life and godliness through the knowledge of the One having called us by ^[c] His own glory and virtue^[d], ⁴ through which qualities^[e] He has granted us the precious and greatest things-promised in order that through these^[f] you might become sharers of the divine nature^[g], having escaped-from the corruption in the world by evil desire;
